La MJC Montchat<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture de Montchat, est une association de Jeunesse et d\u2019Education Populaire. install\u00e9e dans le 3\u00e8me arrondissement de Lyon.<\/strong><\/p>

Son est mise en \u0153uvre par une \u00e9quipe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et de salari\u00e9s et s’inscrit dans le respect de ses statuts et en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 son projet associatif.<\/span><\/p>

La MJC adh\u00e8re \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration de politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration des MJC de France.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Elle est ouverte \u00e0 tous sans discrimination, permettant une relation conviviale entre les participants. Respectueuse des convictions personnelles, elle s\u2019interdit toute attache avec un parti, un mouvement politique, une confession.
La MJC respecte le pluralisme des id\u00e9es et les principes de la\u00efcit\u00e9 mis en avant dans les valeurs r\u00e9publicaines et contribue au renforcement de la d\u00e9mocratie.
Elle inscrit ses actions dans le respect de la charte contre les discriminations dont elle est signataire.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

La MJC Montchat agit en partenariat avec les collectivit\u00e9s locales et territoriales ainsi qu\u2019avec son environnement (\u00e9coles, associations, etc\u2026).
Elle est soutenue financi\u00e8rement principalement par la Ville de Lyon. Ses autres partenaires financiers sont la CAF, la M\u00e9trop\u00f4le et l\u2019Etat (Jeunesse et Sport).\u00a0<\/p>

Le projet associatif fixe des orientations, des axes de d\u00e9veloppement, pour les prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ce n\u2019est pas une marche \u00e0 suivre ni un document de plus \u00e0 oublier. C\u2019est un guide pour ne pas trop se perdre en route et garder le cap, collectivement.<\/b><\/p>

Valid\u00e9 en mai 2021, l\u2019\u00e9criture du projet a permis de r\u00e9unir durant 18 maois et dans leur diversit\u00e9 les adh\u00e9rent.es de toutes les activit\u00e9s et animations diff\u00e9rentes, l\u2019\u00e9quipe professionnelle, le conseil d\u2019administration, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, usager.\u00e8s, habitant.es, associations et collectifs de Montchat\u2026 pour d\u00e9finir des objectifs communs et en construisant ensemble.<\/p>

L\u2019\u00e9quipe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et de salari\u00e9s doit maintenant le faire vivre, \u00e0 travers diverses actions et il pourra \u00e9voluer, notamment en fonction des nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du territoire.<\/p>

Des commissions th\u00e9matiques et des groupes de travail plus sp\u00e9cifiques ont pour mission de trouver les moyens de mettre en \u0153uvre les objectifs fix\u00e9s.
